Sasol: CSI-funded Career Development Project 2023
Business Development & Relationship Manager / Project Lead / Deal Negotiator
A CSI focused project, investing in the career development of young people (while in their High School careers) to leverage Yenza's career development application to better their chances of success when they enter the World of Work.

Contract yet to be finalised but estimated deal value could be in the region of R6m and to run over 3 - 5 years once implemented.


FNB South Africa: Design Thinking Training 2022

The challenge: adapting design thinking methodologies for current workforce while ensuring the bank - famous for it's innovation - remains an industry leader and continues to attractive top tech & design talent.

Goal achieved through this intricate training programme, fully customised to the clients needs and budget.

ABSA Africa: Digital Marketing Learnership Programme 2021
Business Development & Relationship Manager / Project Lead / Deal Negotiator
Part of the ABSA bank's "2022 Skills Plan", we were able to establish a learnership programme for 30 well-deserving aspiring young marketers who fit the bank's criteria especially in-line with it's digital design strategy.

A successful campaign and project, with many moving parts and complex corporate hurdles to get through but in the end managed to deliver and exceed clients expectations.

Standard Bank: Design-centric Learnership Programme 2020
Business Development & Relationship Manager / Project Lead / Deal Negotiator
A first for Standard Bank, part of the bank's shift into digital and design transformation (under the STB Design Academy initiative).

Valued at nearly R2m annually for 3-5 years, I played a key role in successfully launching the project in collaboration with key stakeholders and decision-makers at the bank.
